Jewelry Management is a modern web application designed specifically for the jewelry industry. It unifies all the essential tools that jewelers, retailers, and distributors need to manage their business efficiently — from sales and inventory to customers, suppliers, reporting, and staff management.
With General Setup, you can easily configure your store details such as name, currency, taxes, barcodes, SKUs, customer preferences, and store addresses. The Sales module allows you to process transactions quickly, add products to orders, apply discounts, calculate taxes, and select multiple payment methods, while keeping a full sales history to strengthen customer relationships. In the Catalog, you can organize your entire jewelry collection with product details like brand, material, color, size, carat, pricing, and images, as well as maintain a complete supplier database with full contact information.
The Inventory – Stock Control section helps you monitor your stock in real time, create purchase orders, attach supplier invoices, and avoid shortages or overstocking. With the Customers module, you can build and manage a complete client database with names, contacts, addresses, categories, purchase history, and even connect with them through social media profiles such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
Reporting gives you access to detailed insights on sales, profits, taxes, and discounts, helping you make smarter business decisions backed by real data. In Settings, you can manage employees by role, profile, work schedule, and salary type, as well as configure multiple outlets, registers, and payment options.
Coming soon, you will also be able to update and manage Precious Metals Prices and gemstone values by carat and fineness, ensuring your business stays aligned with real market prices. In addition, every page of the platform will feature video tutorials and step-by-step guides, making it simple for anyone to learn and use the system effectively.
